Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped out in 1 business days following the receipt of orders. For orders received during weekend (Friday night ~ Sunday night) or non-business day, they are normally processed and shipped out at the next business day (Monday for example).

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email from us to confirm we have received your order with an order number. Upon credit card approval, we will process your order and ship it with the shipping method you chose. Once shipped, a shipping notice email will be sent to you to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. The email will also provide you with package tracking number(s). Alternatively, you can also go to MY ACCOUNT section and login to see your order status.

If you have not received the order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at info@moonsus.com or simply call us at 425.251.8388.

Order Change or Cancellation
By any chance, you may need to change or cancel any item on your order provided the shipping has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange

We will gladly accept return or exchange for NEW and UNUSED merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, less shipping & handling fees. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable for non-defective product exchanges or returns.

For exchange or returning, please be sure to contact us for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any product, as returned package without RMA number, or sent by C.O.D., will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the senders.

Returning products need to be returned new and unused with all original packing materials in order for a full refund. We cannot accept returns for even slightly used products as they are considered used. Please do not use the product storage box, if available, as shipping box to send your package. It is designed for product storage purpose only. We cannot be responsible for packages damaged or lost before their arrival to our warehouse. To ensure your package safely arrives to us, it is suggested that you send via insured, traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

Instructions:

1. Firstly, please contact us to acquire a RMA number. Item must be returned within 10 days after obtaining your RMA number.

Write down the RMA number on the Return Shipping Label which can be found on the packing list sent with your product.

2. Include a copy of your purchase proof (Packing List or Order Confirmation email, etc.) with the returning product.

3. Carefully pack the returning product with all its original packing materials. Please do not use the product storage box as outer shipping box to send your package. Please note that damaged returned products will not be accepted and will be returned to senders.

4. Use the Return Shipping Label (if available, lower portion of packing list) as your shipping label, along with your simple reason of return, to send your package.

Back Order
In the unlikely event of a back order, Moonsus customers will be informed promptly by email or phone with the estimated shipping date to complete the order.
Pre-ordering

Pre-ordering a product is the best way to ensure that your product will be reserved for you at a priority basis. We suggest that you make your pre-order now due to the high demand and limited quantities.

Please note you will not be charged until the product is ready to ship. If you have any question or concern, please contact our customer service.

Payment Method & Option
For orders placed from Canada, United States, or Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico or , we accept payment (in USD$) fund made from credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), personal checks, or money orders / cashier checks. Orders may be delayed for bank clearance if paid with checks.

For orders from other countries, we accept order payment made from international money order (in U.S. fund) or paypal.com. Please contact us for more details regarding international orders.
Credit Card Verification

Orders paid with credit cards are not charged until billing and shipping information are further verified.

To ensure and protect our customer from Internet fraud when paying by credit card, we require our customers to provide credit card verification number. It is a 3-digit number (4-digit if American Express) printed on the back (front if American Express) of your card.

Sales Tax
A 9.0% Washington State sales and use tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Washington from Apr 1, 2008. Shipping & Handling fee is also subject to Washington sales and use tax.
Shipping & Handling Fee

Shipping & handling fee are calculated based on order "shopping bag total". It is the total dollar amount of all items in your shopping bag. Coupon, S & H fee, and sales tax (if ship to WA State) are not included in the "shopping bag total". Please see the chart below for fees to your location.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for non-defective product exchanges or returns.

We only arrange shipping to physical addresses. We do not arrange shipping to any Post Office Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

For example, Next Day packages picked up today (Friday) will be delivered on Monday (next business day), and Tuesday (2 business days) for 2nd Day packages, and Wednesday (3 business days) for 3 Day packages.

The package tracking number(s) will alos be sent to you in the shipping notice email once any packages are shipped from your order.

Product Registration
Every Moonsus and Marsus product comes with a UPC code number located on a hanging product tag. Please write down the 12-digit codes onto the attached product registration card and mail it to Moonsus, Inc. Or, you can register it online here. Upon registration, you will be able to receive seasonal promotions, future catalogs, and new product information. You'll also receive the following special services if your e-mail address is provided upon registration:

Product Warranty
Moonsus, Inc. proudly stands behind all of its products and will gladly handle any damage caused by any manufacturing defect within one (1) year of your purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Moonsus reserves the right to determine if product damage is caused by normal wear and tear or by manufacturing defect.

Jacquard Fabric / Satin Lining

The sturdy lightweight fabric & sleek satin lining used by Moonsus for this collection is carefully selected and specially treated to be water and stain resistant. It can be delicately cleaned with warm water and mild soap on a clean soft cloth, paying attention not to touch the leather. Avoid the use of harsh solvents or cleaning products.

European Grained Leather

The leather used for Moonsus collection for this collection is carefully selected and specially treated to resist scratches and stains. To keep it in good condition, it should be protected from direct sources of heat and dried with a clean soft cloth if it gets wet. Regular use of a quality non-colored leather wax will help brighten this leather's protective topcoat, which will become shinier and more lustrous with time and wear.
Marsus Care Tip
Nylon Fabric

The nylon fabric used for Marsus collection is abrasion-proof*, and specially treated with Dupont Teflon to protect against stains, water, and also make it breathable, durable, and easier to care for. It can be delicately cleaned with warm water and mild soap on a clean soft cloth. Avoid the use of harsh solvents or cleaning products.

* Abrasion-proof: Lab test result shows no damage of the fabric after 20,000 robbing cycles under the standard Test Method for Abrasion Resistance of Textile Fabrics (Martindale Abrasion Tester Method ASTM D4966-98)

Napa Box Leather

The Napa box leather used for Marsus collection is carefully selected and specially treated to resist scratches and stains. To keep it in good condition, it should be protected from direct sources of heat and dried with a clean soft cloth if it gets wet. Regular use of a quality non-colored leather shine will help brighten this leather’s protective topcoat, which will become shinier and more lustrous with time and wear.

Metal Parts

The metal parts used for Marsus collection are custom-molded. All metal parts were chrome-plated and coated with abrasion-resistant and anti-corrosion lacquer. Use a dry soft cloth to clean and polish the surface of the hardware parts. Do not use any harsh solvents, such as petroleum-ether or paint thinner, to rub or clean the hardware.

Satin Lining

The lining is constructed with a sleek rich brown tone-on-tone striped satin lining. It can be delicately cleaned with warm water and mild soap on a clean soft cloth. Avoid the use of harsh solvents or cleaning products.
